For some, this will probably work well. For me, I could not get comfortable because the talalay keeps pushing my head up (which it will do because it rebounds so well). I am not a sound sleeper, and every time I moved it felt like it was 'popping my head up'
Super comfortable. The size was a little bit smaller than I had expected but the firmness is perfect! I would recommend this pillow to anyone who is fed up from the flat cotton pillows!
I have bought at least 20 pillows in the last 4-5 months. I can NOT explain the amount of time I’ve invested aka wasted reading reviews and articles. I was on a hunt for a latex or natural option VS memory foams. I am beyond annoying (& annoyed) with my pillows and pillow hunt. I had a water pillow suggested by my Chiro maybe a decade ago that was ok for a bit. A contour tempurpedic was good for a few years. For years now I’ve been rummaging through different memory foams and only stopping when I was exhausted yet never truly happy. The most recent feat has been the worst & most determined of all. I really liked this one although sold under a different name as cross-cut noodle shredded latex. It just didn’t have enough foam so I figured I’d find better (I’m only 5’6 but have wide shoulders and neck issues, so like higher loft). I didn’t find better! I realized it’s hard to find a good fit w latex. Even when firm high loft it’s bouncy and doesn’t feel supportive. I tried buckwheat, latex w kapok, other solid latex, other shredded latex. (Sleep on Latex, Avocado, Sijo, Juvea, turmerry buckwheat, Orion, organic textiles (multiples), Rejuvenite, and other Taladex) I repurchased this one thinking it was the same one and it wasn’t. I then tried to find my own options to make something similar. No bolsters were bigger than a toddler size, even cases to fill myself. I just reordered the same one - technically for a 3rd time and I think it’s the one! I fluffed it up manually by separating the noodles inside the case. I found the noodles are the biggest differentiator and didn’t like the shredded pieces ones at all. They also aren’t nearly as messy as the ripped pieces. Not sure how long I’ll love it but beyond happy it seems to be working. The benefit of the shredded is you can remove or add as much as you need and manipulate it where you want more. The original one I liked isn’t available so went back to this one just in case I could luck out. Seems I did. (Talatex Talalay 100% Natural Premium Adjustable Latex Pillow)
I like it better than the memory foam pillow I have. It doesn't go flat and it supports better
