The Talalay Difference: Softer Feel, Smarter Support
Premium Latex Pillow (Talalay Process) offers a host of benefits including exceptional responsiveness, pressure‑relieving properties, a luxurious feel, superior comfort, dynamic support system, and even weight distribution.
Responsive Bounce
Our Talalay latex pillow features lively springy responsiveness: giving the pillow a flexible feel that does not collapse like soft fiberfill. It supports your body without sinking and adapts to your movements for unrestricted, comfortable sleep.
Better Airflow
The open‑cell structure of the Talalay core allows air to circulate freely through the pillow.Talalay latex delivers better airflow than many dense foam pillows, helping the pillow surface stay more temperature‑neutral throughout the night
Easy Maintenance
Removable & machine‑washable Tencel pillow cover. Natural Talalay latex repels microbes, dust mites, bacteria and dust, ideal for allergy and inflammation‑prone users.

2-Point Pressure Relief with Active Wrapping System™
We may experience more aches & pains within the neck and back areas, due to increasing body pressure with increasing age.
Talatex's Active Wrapping System™ reduces sleeper's discomfort by actively filling the empty gaps between the neck (specifically Levator scapulae muscle group) and shoulder (specifically Trapezius muscle group) areas, evenly distributing pressure across the cervical and back when lying down.

Reduce Snoring with Ergonomic Support
Snoring typically occurs when your head falls too deep into the pillow; gravity pulls the tissues surrounding your airway downward, which narrows the airway, thus requiring the mouth to breathe.
Talatex’s bounce support latex properties prevent your head from sinking too far into the pillow. By aligning the neck and head posture to the optimal horizontal level, your airway reopens, which reduces nasal congestion and snoring.

The Difference Between Softness and Support
Most people need a few nights to get used to a latex pillow. Not because the pillow is complicated, but because it feels different from the soft down or down‑alternative pillows many people have used for years. Soft fillings can feel comfortable when you first lie down, but if it collapses too much overnight, the comfort may not last until morning. Latex does the opposite. Once it settles, it stays in place. The support you start with is the support you keep. That difference is what separates short‑term comfort from long‑term performance.
Talatex Pillow Firmness Guider

Soft
Density: 45 kg/m³ ILD: 9-12
Unused Height: 15cm
Using Height: 9-11cm
The soft version will conform to your head and neck to sink deeply into it with little resistance.
*Recommend Sleeping positions: Back & Stomach Sleepers

Medium Soft
Density: 55 kg/m³ ILD: 13-16
Unused Height: 15cm
Using Height: 11-13cm
Allowing your head to sink into it while providing some holdback. The perfect balance of comfort and support with your head and neck.
*Recommend Sleeping positions: Various positions (or toss and turn people)

Firm
Density: 65 kg/m³ ILD: 17-20
Unused Height: 15cm
Using Height: 13-14cm
Design to provide the most support, allowing your head to sink into the pillow only slightly. It's for side sleepers with broad shoulders and to reduce snoring.
*Recommend Sleeping positions: Side Sleepers
If you’re used to the plush, low-resistance feel of down pillows and are trying latex for the first time, we recommend starting with our Soft option. Of the three firmness levels, it offers the deepest sink and the most familiar feel while still providing the responsive support of latex, making the transition smoother and more comfortable. If you sleep mainly on your side or prefer more lift, Medium Soft or Firm may be a better fit.
Choose The Right Pillow
Check the illustration to test whether your current pillow fits you well.
- Too low: Your head sinks down, forcing your cervical spine out of proper alignment.
- Too high: Your head is lifted excessively, putting your neck in a strained, bent position.
- Ideal posture: Keep your head and spine horizontally neutrally aligned, for relaxed head, neck and shoulders.
Shopping Tips:
If your existing pillow is too low, pick a Talatex pillow with a higher usable height.
If your pillow is too high, choose one with a lower usable height.
Find your proper pillow height to maintain neutral head‑neck‑spine alignment for restful sleep.
FAQ
Talalay is a modern manufacturing process for latex foams. Unlike the Dunlop method, the Talalay process includes several additional steps that enhance the foam's consistency and quality. The latex milk, extracted from the rubber tree sap, is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and then vulcanized. This meticulous process results in a foam with an open-cell structure, making it lighter and more breathable than Dunlop latex. The technique, developed in the mid-20th century, allows for precise control over the foam’s firmness and density. Talalay latex provides a luxurious, supportive, and durable material, ideal for pillows and mattresses, and is favored for its superior comfort and resilience.
