Shipping Policy
At Talatex, we are proud to provide every customer with high-value, reliable, and efficient delivery service. All orders shipped to the Contiguous United States, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Canada, and Australia qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed within 1–4 working days after payment confirmation.
- Potential delays may occur due to: Warehouse status or packing backlog/Online payment/security verification/Regional restrictions, or special shipping requirements
- In rare cases of delay, we will proactively contact you within 48 hours.
- Talatex offers Standard (3–10 days) and Express (2–6 days) shipping. Standard shipping is free for the US, UK, EU, CA, and AU. Express is available in select regions.
- After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Our customer service team will proactively monitor your order and notify you of any exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order is shipped and the tracking number is generated, we can no longer cancel or modify the order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Limitations
International Shipping
Talatex maintains warehouses in major sales regions, including the US, UK, EU, CA, and AU.
For orders outside these areas, delivery is only possible after address confirmation.
If delivery is possible:
- Shipping time may be longer than usual (1–3 weeks)
- Customs duties may apply and are borne by the customer
- ❌ Returns or exchanges will not be supported
