After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email titled “Your Talatex Order Has Shipped”, which includes your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Tip: Please check your spam folder if you haven’t seen it.

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking info to appear after dispatch. Please wait and try again later.

If the issue persists for over 3 days, contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Delays can happen due to weather, customs, or local courier issues.
You may contact the courier directly using your tracking info. Meanwhile, please also inform us, and we will monitor the situation on your behalf.

Sometimes, the package may be:

  • Left at your front door/mailbox
  • Collected by a neighbor or building concierge
  • Marked as delivered slightly before actual delivery

Please check your surroundings and contact the courier first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.

Unfortunately, once the order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
We recommend ensuring your shipping info is correct at checkout. If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll assist you with re-shipping options.
