If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to support you with return and exchange options. Please review the following guidelines and process before proceeding.
Return & Exchange Process
- Log in and submit your request through the Return/Exchange Self-Service Portal.
- We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide either a return label or return address.
- Print and attach the return label, then hand the package to the designated carrier.
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed every Friday (business days), and typically appear in your account within 2–3 business days.
- For exchanges, please place a new order first. After the original product is returned, the refund will be processed accordingly.

We understand that you may have questions before or after purchasing your Talatex products. To make your experience easier, we’ve compiled answers to the most common questions. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for here, our customer service team is always ready to help.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. During this trial period, you can sleep on the pillow or topper to decide if it suits you. To qualify, the product must remain undamaged, free of stains, and returned with its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, please use a protector during the trial period.
- To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be clean, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You can simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Once we have confirmed the return, you can either return the goods with the delivery, at your own method or request us to arrange the delivery on your behalf.
- Once the returned goods are found to be defective, 8% of the total price of the goods will be charged as the cost of repair.
- Customers who return pillow on their own and do not send the courier order number in time before warehousing need to deduct 20% of the total amount of the order as a handling charge.
- If you prefer to prepare return shipping at your own preference, a full refund will be in place. If you prefer to let us arrange the return, a return fee may be charged. Please note that all returned products must include a tracking number and have it informed us via email. Once the returned goods are received, the refund will be issued within the next 3-5 business days.
Note: We accept the right to refuse any delivery to our warehouse that has not been pre-booked. Any items deemed as unfit for return may be refused and you may be liable for any postage costs to return the item to you.
- We will happily exchange or refund for free any product that has been sent in error or has been damaged upon delivery. Where an error has been made by us and you have received items that were not ordered, we will replace these as quickly as possible.
- Any shortages or errors must be notified within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- Incorrect, damaged, or faulty items must be returned unused and with all accompanying packaging.
Our 30-day trial period starts from the order completion date. To qualify, you must initiate a return within this period and ship the product back within two weeks of receiving the return label or address. If communication is interrupted for over two weeks after the trial ends, or if the product is not returned on time, we will be unable to process the return or refund.
Simply visit our Return & Exchange Self-Service Portal and submit your request. Our team will review it within 1–2 business days and provide you with either a return label or return address. Then, print and attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect size, stains). We will escalate the case for priority handling. In confirmed cases, we will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund.
- We reserve the right to reject any returned items which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. You would be liable for the return postage of the items back to you in this instance. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Returned goods, the warehouse needs 1-2 working days to do quality checks.
- Where a refund is processed it will be applied to the original payment source. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to show in your account once it has been processed.
