WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT
Personal information - We collect your name, address, email address, and telephone number, to allow us to process, deliver and deal with any issues you have with your order.
Payment Information - We use third-party payment providers, Shopify or PayPal, to process the payment for online orders and consequently we do not store any credit/debit card information relating to your order on our own systems. We access these third-party payment provider systems for the purposes of taking telephone payments and processing refunds for any orders should they be required.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA
We store your personal information and order details in an encrypted database, and use it only for the following purposes:
Order processing - this often involves sharing your personal information with our trusted suppliers and delivery companies, so that we can fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Warranty- We need to hold on to your personal information beyond the purchase date to allow us to easily fulfill our obligations under the warranty of the purchased product.
In addition, HMRC rules require us to keep records for at least 5 years. To make sure we comply, we keep sales and purchase invoices for 6 years before deleting or destroying them. If we have not had any contact with you for 6 years, all your personal data will be deleted.

Our website uses cookies to collect information, such as browsing behavior by those who access our website, including pages, viewed, products purchased, and the customer journey around our website. We sometimes participate in search provider re-marketing campaigns e.g Google Adwords, and information collected through cookies is sometimes used for browser-based targeted advertising e.g. web banners.
